Docenti, studenti, lavoratori della scuola e dell’università, cittadini democratici, insieme, nel solco di un impegno e di una lotta quotidiana per un domani più giusto e più solidale, decidiamo di dar vita ad un nuovo sindacato che raccolga sentimenti, passioni, sogni, speranze, in un progetto capace di futuro.
Il SISA si impegna a promuovere la cooperazione e la coesistenza pacifica tra le persone e tra i popoli, nel rispetto e nella valorizzazione delle differenti culture, e la salvaguardia dell’ecosistema planetario, in un quadro di condivisione eco-sostenibile della terra e delle sue risorse. Il SISA si batte per la fine dello sfruttamento dell’uomo sull’uomo e di ogni forma di prevaricazione. Il SISA si fonda sulla solidarietà e la collaborazione e agisce per l’affermazione della giustizia sociale e dell’uguaglianza. Il SISA si riconosce nel pensiero di don Lorenzo Milani, con il quale riafferma con decisione che “la selezione è contro la cultura”. Il SISA intende contribuire alla costruzione di una scuola e di una università, a partire dall’Italia e dall’Europa, fondate sulla libera ricerca, sulla relazione educativa, su una costruzione dei saperi profondamente radicata nella libertà d’insegnamento dei docenti e nella libertà d’apprendimento degli studenti. Il SISA opera nel rispetto delle culture, delle lingue, della creatività e in particolar modo della fantasia, nel solco di Gianni Rodari.

Teachers, students, workers of the school and University, democratic citizens, all toghether commeted in a daily fight for an equal and righter tomorrow, we decide to start a new trade union that gahters our passions, feelings, dreams and hopes in a project that looks at the future.
SISA has a commitment in promoting cooperation and peaceful coexsistence between peole and individuals, respecting and setting off different cultures, and preventing the planetary ecosystem, in a eco-sustainable sharing of the Earth and its resources.
SISA is fighting to end the exploitation of the humans by other humans and any kind of abuse.
SISA is based upon the solidarity and the collaboration for the assertion of a social justice and equality.
SISA identifys its main thought in don Lorenzo Milani’s statement: “Selection is against culture”.
SISA contributes to build a school and a university from Italy across Europe, based on the free research, on the educational relationship, building a knowledge deeply rooted in the freedom of teachers to do their work and in the freedom of students to learn.
SISA works in the respect of different cultures, languages, creativity and imagination, following the path that Gianni Rodari left.
Lehrer, Schüler, Studenten und demokratische Bürger, wir alle haben uns zusammengeschlossen, um
für eine gerechte Zukunft zu kämpfen.Wir haben uns entschieden, eine neue Vereinigung zu gründen, welches unsere Leidenschaften, Emotionen, Träume und Hoffnungen in ein Projekt zusammenfasst, das
sich auf die Zukunft richtet.
SISA hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, die Kooperation und friedliche Ko-Existenz zwischen den Menschen, das gegenseitige Respektieren zwischen den verschiedenen Kulturen, die Verhinderung
eines globalen Ökosystems und die Schaffung einer umweltfreundlichen Welt zu gewährleisten.
SISA kämpft, um die Ausbeutung und jeglische Art von Missbrauch der Menschen durch andere Menschen zu verhindern.
SISA basiert auf der Solidarität und Zusammenarbeit für die soziale Gerechtigkeit und Gleichheit.
SISA identifiziert sich mit dem Gedanken des don Lorenzo Milani: "Selektivität ist gegen die Kultur."
SISA versucht eine Schule und Universität von Italien über Europa zu gründen, welches auf freie Forschung und Wissenschaftsaustausch basiert, welches versucht, ein Wissen aufzubauen, das das
freie Arbeiten der Lehrer und das freie Lernen der Schüler fördert.
SISA arbeitet mit der Anerkennung und dem Resepekt gegenüber verschiedenen Kulturen, Sprachen, Kreativitäten und Vorstellungen und verfolgt dabei den Weg, den Gianni Rodari gegangen ist.
Enseignants, étudiants, travailleurs de l’école et de l’université, citoyens démocratiques, ensemble dans le sillon d’une volonté et d’une lutte quotidienne pour un avenir plus juste et solidaire, décidons de créer un nouveau syndicat qui recueille sentiments, passions, rêves et espoirs dans un projet capable d’apporter un futur meilleur.
Le SISA s’emploie à promouvoir la coopération et la coexistence pacifique entre les personnes et entre les peuples, dans le respect et dans la valorisation des différentes cultures et de la sauvegarde de l’écosystème planétaire, dans un cadre de partage éco-soutenable de la terre et de ses ressources.
Le SISA se bat pour la fin de l’exploitation de l’homme par l’homme et toute forme d’oppression.
Le SISA se fonde sur la solidarité et la collaboration et agit pour l’application de la justice sociale et de l’égalité.
Le SISA se reconnaît dans la pensée de don Lorenzo Milani, lequel affirme avec force que : “la sélection est contre la culture”.
Le SISA entend contribuer à la construction d’une école et d’une université, à partir de l’Italie et de l’Europe, fondées sur la libre recherche, sur la relation éducative, sur une élaboration des savoirs profondément enracinée dans la liberté d’enseignement des enseignants et dans la liberté d’apprentissage des étudiants.
Le SISA opère dans le respect des cultures, des langues, de la créativité et de façon particulière, dans l’ouverture à l’imagination, dans le sillage de Gianni Rodari.
